Steps

  1. Item card with Assembly will have option as a. Replenishment System – Assembly and b.Assembly Policy  - Assembly to stock & Assembly to Order

 

 

  1. Check the assembly BOM and list

 

 

  1. Update the assembly BOM path

 

 

  1. Mounting BOM can also be used into assembly BOM

 

Part 1 - Assembly to Stock

Assembly to order Process

  1. Go to Item Card where you want to update Assembly BOM
  2. Update assembly BOM(Related > Bill of Materials > Assembly > Assembly BOM)
  3. Search Assembly Order (It is like Sale Order)
  4. Update pieces & Pieces to assemble
  5. Posted
  6. Check the Posted Assemble order
  7. Check Item Ledger Entries
  8. You can do the partial shipment if you want  (Not Working)

 

Part 2 – Assemble to Order

Steps :

  1. Create a sale order first
  2. Add the item which as Assemble to order selected into Replenishment
  3. Note it will auto synchronic
  4. Check the qty to assemble details online level
  5. Post – It will post assemble and then invoice
  6. Posted Assembly Orders
