Standard Journal – ability to save the lines and use at a later date in a journal
Create a General Journal – then select Save as Standard Journal from the Ribbon or Actions
Enter any code you want, and description – you can Save the amounts if you wish
When you want to bring in the entries – you can enter a date on the first line of the journal or use Today’s date
Select Get Standard Journals
You will see a list of all Standard Journal’s saved
Select the one you wish to import
The system will tell you when they have been successful
The lines are now in the journal
You can import in as many Standard Journals as you wish.
