Create Catalog
To fill in the minimum required fields, follow these steps:
1. On the navigation pane click eJewelry -> Catalogs -> New.
2. No. field: Press enter to automatically assign the No.
OR
You can manually enter a No.
3. Click drop-down arrow in customer no. field, select the customer JWCUST026.
4. Now click on Process à Suggest Item.
5. Suggest vendor payment form will appear, in Item no. field enter BRC*.
This will add all BRC items
6. Click on Actions -> Fields -> Set Include.
This will tick all items. & include them in catalog.
7. Click on Report -> Print Catalog.
8. Enable show caption field, click print or preview.
9. Press ESC to close report.
10. We can convert the Catalog into to quote.
11. To convert Catalog into sales quote, Click Process -> Make quote.
