Import Items
1. In Search panel search “Configuration Packages” & open related Link.
2. In header of the page click on Actions -> Package -> Import Package.
3. Import file form will appear, select Choose.
4. Locate & open the item package to be import. There are 3 types of item packages.
- Package Item Metals
- Package Diamond Stones
- Package master.
5. The package will be imported.
[Note: you can Import 1 Package at a time]
6. After package successfully imported Click Actions à Package à Export to excel.
7. Save the excel file, & add the items to be imported in the excel package & save it. You must not modify any column or attribute in excel template.

8. Again come to the Configuration package. Select the imported item package, click Actions -> Package -> Import from excel.
9. After all items imported successfully, select the package again & click on Process -> Apply Package.
Note: If you have any issues with the data the table will be highlighted with red and you will see the number of errors. You will be able to drill down on them to see the actual problem.
10. After items are imported successfully, you must import Item_UOM (Unit of Measure) Package. Unless you will not be able to do any transaction of items like sale/purchase.
11. To Import Item_UOM package, in header of the page click on Actions -> Package -> Import Package.
12. Import file form will appear, select Choose.
13. Locate & open the item_UOM package.
14. After package is imported, then click Actions -> Package -> Export to excel.
15. In the excel template, Add all item No. with its relative unit of measure. & Save the template.

16. Again come to the Configuration package. Select the imported item package, click Actions -> Package -> Import from excel.
17. After all UOM imported successfully, select the package again & click on Process -> Apply Package.
