Create an item using Copy item functionality: copy values of another item card.


1.    On the navigation Pane click on Item.

2.    Click New.

3.    No. field: Press ENTER to automatically fill in the next number of the default number series for items in the No. field. 

                        OR

You can manually enter a new item no. apart from default number series.


 A confirmation message will be displayed, press ok.

4.    Click Actions --> eJewelry --> Copy from item No


 

5.    New form will appear, select item ER001. Click Ok.


 

6.    All the fields are now copied from the item card ER001 to item card 12.

 

 

7.    You can select the field which you want to copy. To select the fields to be copied follow the steps:

  • In the search box, enter “Copy Template Setup”. & select the related link.
  • Edit field template setup card will appear.



8.    In this form you can add or remove field to be copied.
